Bake at Home

Have you lost the directions to the bake at home treats you picked up? No worries, we compiled a list here to help!

Cinnamon Buns

For the best results, we recommend baking your frozen cinnamon buns within 2 weeks. 

  1. Place frozen rolls 1-2 inches apart on a baking pan and let thaw uncovered at room temperature 8-10 hours or overnight*

  2. Place the cream cheese icing in the fridge to thaw during this time

  3. Pre-heat oven to 375F

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the centre is no longer white

  5. Let cool slightly and spread the cream cheese icing over each bun

  6. Eat warm delicious cinnamon buns

*Keep in mind that in summer or winter the room temperature in your home may be warmer or cooler. The warmer the room, the less time the croissants will take to thaw and proof.

Allergy Note: our cinnamon buns do not contain egg.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Place frozen balls of cookie dough on sheet pan 2-3 inches apart

  2. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown on the edges and still soft in the middle

  3. Let cool 10 minutes, enjoy!

Croissant & Pain au Chocolat

For best results, we recommend baking the frozen croissants and pain au chocolat within 2 weeks.

Note: If making croissants and pains au chocolat, it is best to keep them on separate baking pans as the pains au chocolat will bake faster than the croissants.

  1. Place frozen rolls 3-4 inches apart on a baking pan and let thaw uncovered at room temperature 8-10 hours or overnight*

  2. Pre-heat oven to 400F

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes or until golden

  4. Eat warm delicious croissants!

 

*Keep in mind that in summer or winter the room temperature in your home may be warmer or cooler. The warmer the room, the less time the croissants will take to thaw and proof.

Garlic Bread

  1. Bake from frozen at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until warm and crusty

 

Variations: Sprinkle with cheese before baking for garlic cheese bread.​

Puff Pastry

  1. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or at room temperature for a few hours. Do not microwave or place in a warm spot to thaw as the butter will melt and ruin your dough.

  2. Carefully unroll the dough. The dough should still be cold, but soft enough to unroll.

  3. The puff pastry is ready to use as directed in your favourite recipe. The pastry may be rolled out thinner depending on your intended use.

  4. If you are creating your own recipe, we recommend baking puff pastry at a higher temperature (375-400F) in order to get golden brown and crispy.

Scones

  1. Place frozen scones on sheet pan 3-4 inches apartï‚·

  2. Optional: brush with egg wash and/or sprinkle with coarse sugar

  3. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown ï‚·

  4. Let cool 10 minutes, enjoy!

Vol-au-Vent (Puff Pastry Shells)

  1. Place frozen circles on sheet pan 2-3 inches apartï‚·

  2. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. ï‚·

  3. Remove the centre piece of the pastry and fill with your favourite filling.
